The interesting art deco influenced entrance and porch of the Tahuna War Memorial Hall. The rest of the building is plain and straightforward but this entrance way with its curves to roof, walls and steps, the grouped steel columns and the fenestration of the doors shows a more definite style. Tahuna is a very small village in the Waikato so this is a rural hall serving the wider farming area. I caught this at the golden hour as I was heading north.
Time to shoot a few snaps but still - Rather short of time at present with study and work but having a look at everyone's splendid images when I can.
