Lizard - a natural poser!

Posted by
Peter (Warkworth, New Zealand) on 29 April 2019 in Animal & Insect.

My grandson's visit brought about a trip to Ti Point Reptile Park. This Orange Headed Lizard was definitely a performer and adopted several poses for me to photo. I'm pretty sure it wasn't trained to do so, it seemed just as interested in the visitors as we were to see him (or her).

Canon EOS 60D 1/500 second F/5.6 ISO 800 29 mm

My goal is to present images of objects and places as naturally as possible with minimal post processing. I think the natural qualities will come through for the viewer with a little contemplation. Unfortunately there is little time for such things these days.
